The Country Estate Kemper & Schlomski

Sustainable Development and Quality in Harmony with Nature

The country estate Landgut Kemper & Schlomski (LGKS) is located on the edge of the protected area "Saxony Switzerland" and in close proximity to Dresden. The listed u-shaped farmstead is surrounded by extensive fields and mountain meadows abounding in species.

Since 2004 the total area, which now measures 110 ha, 65 ha of which is forest, has been farmed according to ecological principles. To protect the biodiversity of the cultivated landscape, a green corridor featuring pond landscapes, forest habitats and meadow orchards has been established over the last few years.

Breeding Rhenish-reared dressage horses from tried and tested German sires as well as Fjord horses with offspring from the best dam lines in Germany (along with outstanding international sires) forms an integral part of the business at the country estate Kemper & Schomski.
